This Vance Property has its own working Septic System
It must be noted that the neighbor's septic tank is located on the Edgar Vance property and there is a current active agreement in writing and recorded at the Putnam County Court House in Ottawa that simply states that the neighboring property is the sole responsible party for the that septic system regarding the maintenance, upkeep and all costs.
That agreement also states that in the event that said septic system is no longer required or no longer working, the neighboring property owner agrees to have a replacement septic system installed on their own property and their own expense.
